Section 1 — Introduction & Applicability

Each individual may operate one account only. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 0klv reserves the right to suspend or terminate those accounts, and any associated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately from the 0klv Login page and notify our support team.

2.4 Identity Verification

0klv reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests may not be processed if the required documents are not provided.

Section 3 — Financial Transactions & Payments

All financial transactions on 0klv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our accepted payment methods are listed below:

3.1 Deposit Rules

1. Deposit amounts must be ৳500 or more. This minimum is the same across all payment methods.
2. Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
3. Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited and such transactions may be rejected.
4. Deposits are generally processed instantly. Contact the support team if there is a delay.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
2. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
5. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

0klv offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

1. Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
2. Deposit ৳12,000 → bonus capped at ৳10,000 → total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 total must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

1. An account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
3. 0klv reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
4. Bonuses may be forfeited if fraud or abuse of the system is suspected.
5. Having accurate and truthful information in your account is mandatory to receive a bonus.

Section 5 — VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits

0klv has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

1. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
2. Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
3. Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
4. Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on consistent active participation and time spent on the platform. 0klv reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

Section 6 — Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

0klv is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

1. Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Using software or bots to influence the outcome of any game.
3. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
5. Creating accounts or claiming bonuses using false information.
6. Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are involved, 0klv may suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior warning. The account balance and any earned bonuses may be forfeited in such cases, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property & Content

All content published on the 0klv website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — are the intellectual property of 0klv or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
